FAQ

The 2018 Roller Derby World Cup is almost here! If you don’t see your question here, please email us at info@rollerderbyworldcup.com

Q: Where is the schedule?
A: The schedule can be found at rollerderbyworldcuplive.com

Q: Where can I buy tickets?
A: You can purchase tickets here: https://rollerderbyworldcup.brownpapertickets.com

Q: Can I watch online?
A: Yes! The entire event (4 days, 4 tracks) will be live-streamed via Derby Duck Productions. You can read more about it here:  LIVE STREAM INFO

Q: What if I have problems purchasing tickets?
A: Please contact us at info@rollerderbyworldcup.com or BPT directly at support@brownpapertickets.com.

Q: I see that children 10 and under are free. Do I need to reserve a ticket for them?
A: We will allow 2 children 10 and under in free for every paid adult. They must be present at the time we scan your ticket.

Q: Can I get a refund? Are tickets transferable?
A: There are no refunds. Tickets are transferable (but not shareable). You can give or sell your entire ticket to anyone, but you cannot split days with anyone else. Tickets will be recognized by their bar code, and not the name of the ticket holder so names on the tickets are not important.

Q: Do I need to bring my printed tickets with me? Can I just say my name at the door or show you my paypal receipt?
A: If you chose the print-at-home option, simply print your tickets and bring them with you. This helps keep the line moving. If for some reason you are unable to bring your ticket, representatives from Brown Paper Tickets will be on site to confirm your purchase. If you chose the will-call option, then you can show your receipt at the will call table.

Q: I never got (or cannot find) the email with my tickets! How can I print my tickets?
A: If you purchased with a credit card, you can look up your tickets by clicking here: https://www.brownpapertickets.com/trackorder.html. If you purchased via paypal, contact support@brownpapertickets.com and they should be able to help you.

Q: Are you selling 2-day or single day tickets?
A: Thursday only and Friday only tickets are now available. A limited amount of single-day tickets will also be available at the door each day.

Q: Should I bring money? Is there an ATM?
A: There will be many vendors at the event, as well as team merch, – and food, and beer – so YES – bring money! There is an ATM near the entrance.

Q: What about food? Beer?
A: There will be food for sale. We are doing our best to make sure there are some good choices available, including vegan. There will be a bar, as well.
