We have some volunteering opportunities available. If you are free for 3 hours on one day, or 8 hours on all days, or any amount of time in between and want to help at the event, please get in touch with us by filling out the form below.
Here are some of our current open positions:
GENERAL HOSPITALITY VOLUNTEER
Includes event floaters, photo booth volunteers, information booth volunteers, party planners and party starters, bag stuffers, sign hangers, etc. Some of these positions requires one to be super familiar with the Dallas area.
FLOATER
This person must be motivated to find stuff to take care of during set up, registration, and/or during the event, such as relieve other volunteers for potty and food breaks, and relay messages from one person to another upon request. – Local floaters who can run errands by car is a huge plus!
BOX OFFICE AND TICKETING VOLUNTEERS
This person will be processing ticket sales, will-call, and guest list.
BADGE VOLUNTEER
This person will be given a designated area in which they must check the badge of each attendee who is attempting to enter the venue including staff, skaters, and ticket holders.
MEDICIAL / EMT+ VOLUNTEERS
