Refund Policy – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
You can get a refund of the full face value of your tickets and the service fee within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are requesting a refund. You will receive your refund within 24 hours of us receiving your request.
Requests for a refund (after 24 hours of purchase) for a reason other than the event being canceled or postponed are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. These requests MUST be made within 45 days of purchase. We cannot process any refunds after 45 days of purchase unless the event is canceled or postponed. All approved refunds will be made within 15 days following the event and will be made via paypal or by check in USD funds. You are welcome to sell your tickets to anyone. Please contact us for more information. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
We do not offer refunds for discount codes if you forget to enter your discount code, or find out about a code after you purchase tickets. So, please make sure you enter your discount code at the time of purchase.
